Services

  • We suggest you arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. Starting your session on time allows you to receive your complete and unhurried service. So that the following client is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at full charge.
  • We understand at times it may be necessary for you to change or cancel your appointment; due to the time and cost required to prepare for each client, a 24hr cancellation notice is required, allowing clients on our waiting list to enjoy our services. Appointments altered within the 24hr window will be subject to cancellation charges.
  • To ensure a tranquil and relaxing experience for yourself and those around you, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or paging device.
  • Our Service Guarantee ensures that you will be satisfied with your treatment. If for any reason you are not happy with the service, please let us know promptly and we will do our utmost to correct it to your satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our future.

Packages

Appointments altered within the 48hr window will be subject to cancellation charges.
  • Spa Packages will be reserved with a gift card or credit card number. You will be explained our cancellation policy and cancellation charges during the booking process.
  • All of our Spa Packages can be custom designed to better suit your needs.
  • Meals are available with Spa Packages at an extra charge.

Gift Certificates

  • There are no cash refunds for gift certificates.
  • If a gift certificate is lost or stolen, The Spa is not responsible for providing a refund or replacement.

Products

  • Return items must be brought back to The Spa within two weeks of purchase to receive a full refund of the amount as a Spa Credit on their client account.
